Training Schedule:
Nov-April: 3 times a week (Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays)
June: Holiday (no training), May-October: 2 times weekly (Wednesdays/Fridays)
Duration: 2.5hrs/session (starting from 3 p.m. on school days)
Training Venues: 
Bishan Stadium/Serangoon Stadium/ Bedok Reservoir/MacRitchie Reservoir
Activities/Programme Outline:
Participate in local running club races by swift/wings/Singapore Athletics 
Associations/National schools Cross Country & Track and Field Championship
As the CCA is highly competitive in nature, our Marist athletes are constantly pushed 
to go further, faster and stronger. They must be self motivated and disciplined in 
order to excel in the sport. Our athletes will be exposed to various preparatory 
competitions such as Swift and Wings Meet and the All Comers Meet to better prepare 
themselves physically and mentally for the National Schools Meet.
