Physical Education

The PE Department aims to:
  • Provide a positive and joyful PE learning experience so that Marists will enjoy and value sustained active and healthy lifestyle;
  • Acquire a range of movement skills, dispositions and knowledge in Physical Education for Marists to build confidence and motivation to participate in a variety of physical activities.
  • Inculcate sportsmanship values and safe play practices for our Marists to display positive personal and social behavior.


To achieve the Department’s goals, the following programmes are offered:
  • 6-year “Learning-for-Life Programme to provide Marists with authentic learning experiences that will expose them to:
    • Broad-based and progressive PE/PAL curriculum
    • Diverse sporting experiences

  • Sports Carnival
  • Swimsafer Programme
    • Progressive Outdoor Education programme
  • Learning journeys to Nature Park for Lower Primary

    • Wide range of CCA to discover interest and talent

  • Uniformed Group
  • Visual and Performing Arts
  • Clubs and Societies
