Physical Education
The Physical Education (PE) Department aims to:

Inculcate in Marists, life skills and character building through sports and physical activities;

Enable Marists to acquire, understand and apply movement concepts, principles and strategies in a range of physical activities;
- Develop Marists to observe safe practices during physical and daily activities with respect to themselves, others and the environment; and
- Enable Marists to enjoy and value the benefits of living a physically active and healthy life.
To achieve the Department’s goal, the following programmes are offered:

MSHS 4-year PE curriculum - a broad-based development for students to learn and demonstrate physical skills and knowledge from these three game categories: Territorial-Invasion, Net-Barrier and Striking-Fielding. In addition, students will also experience Outdoor Education and Physical, Health and Fitness
