National Police Cadet Corps

The National Police Cadet Corps (NPCC) aims to:

Provide cadets with opportunities to develop their leadership capabilities through the provision of tasks that challenge their abilities while moulding them to be citizens of upstanding civic and moral values;

Nurture our cadets to show care and concern to others and be the men for others; and
-
Develop our cadets to be resilient individuals who take on challenges willingly and with excellence.
To achieve the CCA’s goals, the following programmes are offered:

Drill, Campcraft, Teambuilding and character development games

Annual Camp, Year-End Course
-
VIA programme (e.g., PYA engagement with Woodleigh NPC, Sentosa Outreach Programme, Traffic Road Marshal etc)
-
Enrichment course organised by own unit (such as Kayaking, Dragonboating, Aikido self-defence course, Air Pistol Shooting etc)
-
Organise MSHS competition for other units

Opportunities to be selected for NPCC HQ Overseas Trips (e.g., Brunei, Malaysia, Hong Kong), National Camp, Harmony Camp

Opportunities to be selected for various parade – Annual Parade, NDP

NPCC HQ activities / programmes - Police Heritage Visit, Training Village Visit, Home Team Gallery, Unarmed Tactics, Civil Defence Course, Police Procedure, Basic Law, Enhanced CSI, Sec 2 ATC @ Pulau Ubin, Inter-Unit .22 Revolver Shooting / Campcraft / Drill / CSI Competitions
